As a Youth Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating programs and activities for youth in our organization. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for youth
- Coordinate and supervise volunteers involved in Youth Programs
- Provide guidance and support to youth participants
- Collaborate with community organizations to enhance program offerings
- Conduct outreach efforts to recruit youth participants
- Collect and analyze data to evaluate program effectiveness
- Manage social media platforms to promote Youth Programs and events
- Assist with fundraising efforts to support youth initiatives
- Provide addiction counseling and support services as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, public health, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience working with youth in a similar role
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices
- Familiarity with addiction counseling techniques
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to supervise and motivate volunteers
- Proficiency in data collection and analysis
- Experience managing social media platforms for organizational purposes

Salary: $32.00 - $37.00 per hour
Expected hours: 37.5 per week
