About Us:
At Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater Salt Lake, we're on a mission to empower youth from diverse backgrounds to unlock their full potential. As a Youth Development Professional (YDP), you'll be at the heart of our efforts, creating an exciting and inclusive environment where every Club Member thrives.

Your Role:
As a YDP, you'll be the architect of fun, engaging, and age-appropriate activities for youth and teens. Guided by our three pillars-academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles-you'll ensure every Club Member experiences the Club to the fullest, setting them up for lifelong success.

Your Responsibilities:
- Plan and lead daily group activities for youth ages 5-11 or 12-17, making sure everyone's engaged and having a blast.
- Be a mentor, guide, and role model to Club Members, supporting their growth in leadership, creativity, physical activity, and academics.
- Keep the energy high with active supervision, encouragement, and positive reinforcement.
- Stay organized by keeping accurate records and planning special events like guest speakers and field trips.
- Above all, ensure safety first by following all Club policies and procedures.
