White Lotus Therapeutics is a wellness studio offering massage, yoga, and personal training/group classes. Responsibilities:
- Conduct yoga classes for individuals or groups, ensuring a safe and positive environment
- Comfortable in building community and cultivating relationships with students
- Develop and implement yoga programs tailored to the needs and goals of students
- Ethically communicate about and offer hands on adjustments
- Offer modifications and variations of poses to accommodate different skill levels
- Create a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for all participants
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yoga studio or practice area
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Yoga Teacher
- Knowledge of personal training is a plus
- Strong understanding of Vinyasa, Yin, restorative
- 500 hour certification is a plus
Skills:
- Excellent verbal communication skills to effectively instruct and guide participants
- Ability to create a positive and motivating atmosphere during classes
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with participants and address their individual needs
- Good organizational skills to plan and prepare for each class session
- Creativity in designing sequences and incorporating different styles of yoga

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $35.00 - $75.00 per hour
Expected hours: 1 – 5 per week
