Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Yoga Instructor to join our team. As a Yoga Instructor, you will be responsible for leading yoga classes and providing guidance to students of all skill levels. Your expertise in anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics will help create a safe and effective practice for our clients. If you have a strong background in fitness sales and possess knowledge of various fitness disciplines such as Pilates, strength training, etc., we would love to hear from you.
Duties:
- Conduct yoga classes for individuals or groups, ensuring a safe and inclusive environment
- Provide clear instructions and demonstrations of yoga poses and sequences
- Modify poses and techniques to accommodate different skill levels and physical abilities
- Offer guidance on proper alignment, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices
- Create a welcoming and supportive atmosphere for all participants
- Develop and implement creative and engaging yoga programs
- Assist clients in setting realistic goals and tracking their progress
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in the field of yoga
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the yoga studio
Qualifications:
- Certified Yoga Instructor with a recognized certification program
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and body mechanics related to yoga practice
- Experience in fitness sales or sports coaching is highly desirable
- Familiarity with other fitness disciplines such as Pilates, cycle, strength training, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and skill levels
- Strong program design skills to create dynamic yoga classes
- Passion for health, wellness, and promoting a balanced lifestyle

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
