About This Job:
This role will lead our Yield & Pricing analysis and reporting for our cruise & tour business. In this role, you will be responsible for both analysis and making key pricing, revenue, and yield management recommendations to enhance return for our cruise & tour products. Every day, you will be tasked with monitoring and optimizing our Cruise & Tour pricing to maximize the value of our offers to our members as well as drive results aligned to our internal business objectives around margin, conversion, and revenue. You will also support execution of key Yield & Pricing strategies by making or submitting requests for adjustments to be made within the arrivia business platform.
This role requires a strong blend of analytical skills and business acumen, expert knowledge of Excel with experience in pricing and revenue management, blended with an ecommerce/digital retail background. Prior Cruise and Travel experience preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Help define and implement yield, pricing, and revenue management strategies for our Cruise & Tour business
- Work with SVP to support creation of product-based budgets and financial forecasts in partnership with key stakeholders to meet overall company top down business and financial objectives
- Responsible for reporting, analysis and monitoring of all Cruise, Travel & Tour Products key performance objectives including revenue, conversion, and margin targets
- Create pricing models and analysis for various fare types including nets, groups & commissionable rates
- Analyze & recommend pricing models for internal currencies that are used for Cruises & Tours, including internal points, certificates, and other alternative forms of payment
- Responsible for proactive analysis and recommendations to maximize product revenue and profit goals while supporting product sales and membership programs
- Monitor external trends and develop plans to adjust or react to micro- and macro- market events and conditions
- Manage 3 rd party relationships for competitive pricing management for all Cruise supply (working with Supplier Sales & Revenue Management contacts)
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to evolve supply portfolio
- Identify and suggest solution and reporting improvements for internal reporting and pricing/yielding tools
- Completes all other duties and tasks as assigned
Requirements :
- Bachelor's degree is required, MBA or advanced degree is a bonus
- At least 5 years strategic pricing or yield management experience, preferably in cruise/hospitality
- Expert Excel and Power BI skills to develop models and analysis to drive revenue and conversion improvements
- Familiarity with external data sources, including 3 rd party research and information as well as competitive pricing tools
- Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally to achieve goals
- Ability to thrive in a multi-tasked and fast-paced environment
