This individual will support the Parts, Sales, and Service departments in the coordination and handling of machines and equipment as they are received and shipped in and out of the yard.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Accurate and timely completion of equipment shipping and receiving records (EMM's)
- Take in/out pictures of equipment/attachments and submit them to appropriate personnel
- Must verify the S/N's of equipment and attachments and ensure information is documented accurately
- Complete damage inspections of all equipment entering the yard
- Operate, load, and unload heavy construction equipment and attachments in a safe manner
- Organize equipment for yard display
- Maintain a clean and organized yard
- Completes all paperwork required for jobs and submits to the appropriate people in a timely manner
- Ship and receive parts and/or equipment and record all incoming parts, units, components, and assemblies into inventory
- Pull and stage parts for work orders
- Stock shelves as needed and organize parts locations balancing inventory control with work efficiencies
- Communicate and coordinate with other branches on all transfers of parts and/or equipment, Parts/Service/Sales running as needed
- Performs other additional duties as directed by management
REQUIRED SKILLS:

- Previous experience with the operation of heavy equipment
- Mechanical knowledge is preferred
- Requires basic computer skills
- Obtains or is willing to obtain a CDL License
