Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced X-ray Technician to join our medical team. As an X-ray Technician, you will play a crucial role in providing accurate diagnostic imaging services to our patients. Your expertise in medical imaging and knowledge of anatomy will be essential in assisting physicians with accurate diagnoses.

Duties:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, mammography, and sonography
- Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and ensuring their comfort
- Position patients correctly to obtain the necessary images
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring proper functionality and safety
- Follow protocols to capture high-quality images for accurate diagnostic evaluation
- Collaborate with physicians to review and interpret images for diagnosis
- Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
- Adhere to aseptic techniques to prevent infection transmission
- Provide exceptional patient care and ensure their well-being throughout the imaging process

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:
- Certification as an X-ray Technician
- Proficiency in medical terminology and anatomy knowledge
- Experience with various medical imaging techniques, including X-ray, mammography, sonography, and diagnostic evaluation
- Strong understanding of physiology and how it relates to medical imaging
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow protocols accurately
- Familiarity with operating and maintaining imaging equipment
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, such as an ER setting

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,100.00 - $2,224.00 per week
