Full Job Description: Welder Craftsman
Requirements:
HR Professional Consulting is currently hiring specialized welders with Stainless (vs. Aluminum) experience and must be able to weld steel with solid/hard wire.
 

• Craftsman level
• Aluminum or SS welding
• 5yrs shop experience.

Duties:

1. Develops welding projects by analyzing work orders, prints, and completed assembly; calculating requirements; studying metals; determining appropriate welding techniques.
2. Verifies welding results by inspecting and testing welds.
3. Documents actions by completing records.
4. Maintains safe work environment by following procedures; complying with legal regulations.
5. Keeps equipment operating by following operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; maintaining supplies; performing preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
