Anchor Post Acute is a beautiful 120-bed skilled nursing facility conveniently located behind Aiken Mall in Aiken, South Carolina. We take pride in working together as a compassionate team in our family orientated environment and are looking to expand our staff with a Wound Nurse (LPN/RN) to allow for the highest level of care for our residents.
The Wound Nurse, under the supervision of the Director of Nursing works with the nursing staff assessing, treating, and creating care plans for patients with complex wound conditions. If you are an experiencedWound Nurse with a true passion for patient care and compassion for others and committed to teamwork, and wanting to join our team every other weekend, then we are excited to meet you!

- Competitive wages with annual increases based on experience
- Generous shift diff for weekends
- Shift: Every other Weekend - Days (7a-7p)
Successful candidates will have the following:
- Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as an LPN or RN in S.C.
- Experience as a Wound Nurse in LTC or Home health
- LPN should have Wound Care Certification or extensive experience as a dedicated Wound Nurse
- Current CPR certification
- Experience with PCC preferred
- Must maintain all required continuing education/ licensing and remain in good standing with the State Board of Nursing.
- Ability to work on Every Other Weekend.
