Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled Worksoft Automation Architect - QEA SAP who will be responsible for Automation of SAP S/4 along with the migration of existing SAP ECC based automation scripts using Worksoft Automation Tool.

Ability to work independently and in-person onsite/remotely, with willingness travel for client engagements as needed.
Responsibilities:
• Closely work with customer SMEs to understand business process and identify potential scenarios for automation.
• Work with existing automation team to understand current automation repository
• Help setup/expand automation tool infrastructure.
• Perform Proof of Concept for any new applications to identify bottlenecks, if any and work with customer support team address the bottlenecks.
• Prepare effort estimates and timelines for the identified scope
• Come up with detailed delivery plan, roadmap and deliverables across the timeline.
• Share timely reports showing overall automation progress and automation repository/catalogue available for business teams to be used during regression testing.
• Prepare the automation repository to be ready to execute on need basis.
• Perform maintenance and support of Automation Repository at regular intervals, as needed.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Overall 13+ years of Test Automation including but not limited to Applications involving both GUI and Web Ui based applications.
• 5+ Years of experience on Worksoft Automation Tool
• Multiple projects involving SAP and covering multiple SAP Functional areas.
• Should have played role of Automation Architect / Lead atleast for 3+ years.
• Experienced in setting up Tool Infrastructure
• Extensive hands-on experience in Automation Script Development
• Past experience in developing test automation strategy, framework, test plan documents.
• Identify impact of automation on system performance and help in troubleshooting, as needed.
• Remediation of existing Automation scripts and convert them from ECC to S/4 Hana.
• Experience in overall Test scheduling using automation scripts.
• Preferred to have overall Test Management and Project Management Skills
Preferred Skills/Qualification:
• Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• Certified in more than 2 Automation Tools, with 1 being WorkSoft Certify.
• Nice to have SAP Certifications, either on functional areas or project management.
• Nice to have SAP Functional experience in 2 or more functional areas.

Salary and Other Compensation :
The annual salary for this position is between $145,000 to $160,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
