Extendable Contract position

Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange transportation and travel for employees and guests.
• Manage office wayfinding and ensure a professional lobby appearance.
• Track and report visitor volume.
• Provide reception services with a warm and professional demeanor.
• Offer visitor refreshments and engage in storytelling and campus tours.
• Make meal and activity reservations.
• Assist with guest and administrative support, including the preparation of meeting materials.
• Handle shipping and coordinate car detailing and on-site car refueling.
• Manage laundry and dry cleaning services.
• Process gift and package orders as needed.
• Display a warm, friendly, and professional greeting to all entering the property.
• Answer telephone inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
• Maintain accurate records of service requests and their status.
• Arrange and confirm recreational, dining, and business activities for guests.
• Maintain a comprehensive file of services, including transportation sources, accommodations, and referral contacts.
• Act as the point-of-contact for the facilities team, representing the Workplace Concierge team.
• Follow security and emergency procedures as defined for the property.
• Respond to emergency situations in a calm, efficient manner, summoning appropriate assistance and making necessary notifications in accordance with operating procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required (Bachelor's degree or professional hospitality accreditations preferred)
• Experience: Prior Customer Service experience is essential, with a minimum of 0-1 year in Front Desk, Concierge, or other hospitality roles.
• Communication Skills: You should have the ability to understand and respond to inquiries, maintaining a warm and engaging demeanor.
• Other Skills: Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, strong organizational abilities, the capacity to work independently, and excellent problem-solving skills.
