Facilities Management - Workplace Experience (Concierge)

Job Description: Job Title: Concierge/Receptionist
Bill Rate to CBRE: XX30.50
Duration: Through early April extension/conversion possible
Location: 100% On-Site
o Travel Requirements: N/A
Hours: 7am 4pm (1hr lunch)
o Higher Activity to be expected on Tues, Wed, and Thursdays
Role Overview: Acts as the heart of the workplace for a Life Sciences manufacturing facility providing personalized services to team members and visitors alike, and administrative support to foster a sense of community. You will be the first point of engagement with team members and visitors, creating a warm, supportive, and service-oriented atmosphere that enhances the experience. This environment is a corporate HQ and houses Global Executive admin group.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
o Welcomes employees and announces clients and visitors.
o Answer incoming calls and face-to-face queries by employees and visitors and responds promptly and accurately. Intake customer concerns and/or complaints and dispatch to correct team for resolution.
o Conducts a variety of front-of-house activities (e.g. visitor registration and wayfinding, dining reservations, transportation, dry-cleaning).
o Manage office supplies, stock, and place orders.
o Book and reset meeting rooms as required.
o Perform mailroom administrative tasks, recording incoming mail, distribution of packages and organizing couriers.
