Job Description:
We are interviewing for a Working Night Manager. Managerial experience in food service is a MUST! As a Working Night Manager, you will be managing 5-6 employees as you work alongside them each night. We are looking for a natural leader with an excellent work ethic and the ability to teach others as you work alongside them. Below are the listed duties for which you would be responsible for overseeing:
Duties for Cashier:
- Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Up-sell items, ring up and bag items for customers and THANK CUSTOMERS
- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
- Help with frying chips
- Help with restocking of items
- Assist customers with any questions about food item/allergies
- Help maintain cleanliness of lobby and patio by cleaning tables, sweeping, emptying trash, refilling napkins, restocking salsa bar, keeping salsa bar and drink line wiped down, and maintaining cleanliness of the restrooms
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding proper handling of food and surfaces, disinfecting surfaces, wearing of required uniform and non-slip footwear, personal hygiene, cash handling and customer service
Duties for Hot and Cold Lines Servers:
- Greet customers with enthusiasm and assist with any questions about food items/allergies
- Maintain cleanliness of the food line
- Help with restocking of items
- Help with frying chips
- Be willing to help teammates if you see there is a need
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding proper handling of food and surfaces, disinfecting surfaces, wearing of required uniform and non-slip footwear, personal hygiene, cash handling, and customer service
Duties of Lobby, Dish, and Grill are rotated and assigned each night
Experience:
- Previous managerial experience in food service is a MUST!
- Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
-Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ability to sanitize work area and maintain cleanliness according to health and safety
guidelines
