The Workforce Management System Admin 2 is part of the Operations team and works with Maverik and Kum & Go to provide day-to-day administration for the Workforce Management (WFM) system to support to company’s goals, standards, and policies. This role will help optimize the labor model as the company works to bring two systems together. The Workforce Management Systems Admin 2 will partner with others across the organization to identify opportunities and implement solutions. This role will work out of our Base Camp office in either Salt Lake City, UT or Des Moines, IA.
What you’ll do
- Coordinate system updates and communicate functionality changes to impacted individuals
- Monitor forecasts, workloads, labor models, and workforce metrics to identity opportunities for continuous improvement
- Review and monitor data feeds going into the WFM system and troubleshoot as needed
- Support stores by responding to submitted tickets in a timely manner
- Occasional travel may be required
What we’re looking for
- Experience working with Workforce Management Systems
- Strong problem solving skills
- Desire to help team members grow and develop by providing informal mentorship
- Familiarity with SQL/Enterprise reporting tools
- Advanced Excel skills
- Knowledge of Reflexis or UGK Dimensions is a plus
