- You have at least 3 months of Caregiving Experience or willing to be trained
- You can pass a criminal background check & driving record check
- You have a valid D.L., reliable vehicle and auto insurance & can reliably commute to this job’s location in Sturgeon Bay area?
- Are you able to lift, push or pull up to 25 lbs
Duties:
- Provide care and support to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Create and maintain a safe and clean environment for residents
- Transfer residents as needed, following proper lifting techniques up to 25lbs
- Document observations and incidents in resident records
Experience:
- Previous experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred
- Knowledge of behavior management
- Ability to assist with physical tasks as required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Expected hours: 25 – 40 per week
