The Workforce Coordinator is responsible for executing store workflow processes including job requisitions, labor scheduling, and systems optimization - all contributing toward the attainment of 100% fill rate and HUR. This position interacts with exempt store leadership, store HR teams, as well as area / regional HR support roles to complete all job functions.
- Responsible for ensuring the execution of opening and maintaining job requisitions for regions throughout the company.
- Reviewing Matrix ownership, authorized amounts vs actual headcount
- Opening job requisitions for stores to meet their actual vs. headcount demand, based on their discernment of the matrix results
- Following up with stores to communicate executed requisition changes
- Reviewing filled positions to validate that system inputs (availabilities, headcount, job codes, etc.) align to the approved / authorized / designated parameters for new hires onboarded
- Building communication with stores to review open positions and required requisition due to impending terminations and transfers
- Maintaining the SLA of all store support mailboxes
- Completing a weekly review of key metrics: hours utilization, fill rate, requisition duration, requisition counts
- Refreshing open roles on a monthly basis to aid fill rate and applicant exposure
- Responsible for supporting pilot programs focused on store workload reduction related to workforce management:
- Consisting of but not limited to: schedule edits, scheduling zones, interview scheduling, holiday hiring, HUR review, and store specific system customizations
Education & Experience:
- Bachelor's Degree or comparable experience
- 3+ years of WFM or HR experience
- Proficient in Excel
Knowledge / Skills Requirements:
- People management system experience - Workday preferred (other systems applicable)•
- Workforce scheduling system experience - Reflexis preferred (other systems applicable)
