Workers Compensation Defense Attorney

Established Workers Compensation Defense firm seeking either an experienced Work Comp Defense Attorney with 2 plus years of experience or a newly admitted member of the California State Bar, willing to learn Workers Compensation defense. This job can be full time or part time. The position is remote in that in that you do not need to come into an office, but it is expected that you will live in Southern California and be able to make appearances at various boards.

Newly admitted members of the California State Bar or those with less than 2 years experience will need to come into the office for training

What we are looking for:

• A California licensed attorney with at least 2 years of experience in Worker’s Compensation.
• A newly admitted member of the California State Bar, with a desire to learn and practice in the field of Workers Compensation.
• An attorney that can work with little to no supervision.
• A diligent, dependable, hard-working and detailed attorney.
