Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in workers' Compensation Defense cases.
- Conduct legal research and analysis.
- Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and opposing counsel.
- Attend hearings, mediations, and depositions as required.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve favorable outcomes for clients.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in workers' Compensation Defense.
- Proficient in legal writing and oral advocacy.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
