- Conduct research, gather information, and assist in investigations related to claims as assigned.
- Collaborate with team members to support the timely and effective resolution of claims.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of claim activities and communications.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in workers' Compensation Claims management.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize assignments, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including Google applications.
- Positive attitude, willingness to take initiative, and a strong work ethic.
