Job Summary

This position is responsible for scheduling Facility maintenance and coordinating emergent and planned work at Line of Business locations. This includes maintaining a master schedule with a resource loaded schedule, leveled for all applicable departments during the Work Week.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, updates and maintains a master daily schedule for all work performed at the locations
  • Assist in planning and coordinating of labor, material and other resources to ensure timely and cost-effective completion of work by respective departments in a safe, reliable and efficient manner in compliance with the company policies, procedures and applicable codes and standards
  • Allocates resources as required to accomplish key deliverables
  • Organizes and leads workweek management processes through implementation
  • Ensures adherence to the schedule and develops contingency plans as needed
  • Develops key in-process measures for work planning and execution processes
  • Provides past job review and lessons learned for jobs that do not meet performance expectations

Job Specific Qualifications

Required

  • High school diploma
  • Experience in maintenance and operation
  • Three or more years’ experience in facility maintenance environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including written and verbal
  • Demonstrates competency in SAP and various MS Office products especially Microsoft Excel
  • Candidate must foster an inclusive work environment and respect all aspects of diversity
  • Successful candidate must demonstrate and value differences in others’ strengths, perspectives, approaches and personal choices

Desired

  • Understanding project and facility maintenance scheduling
  • Experience in project scheduling
