As a Work From Home Customer Service / Social Media Admin., assist with various customer service relations as well as connecting with customers via social media, email and phone. 

 

Starting at $20.00/hr., ( plus bonuses) when you're hitting your sales goals.

Responsibilities

This will include offering them products or services based on their individual needs, using features and benefits, and communicating in a highly effective way that incorporates the requirements of words and phrases from Road Runner Sports.

• Your primary focus will be on the processing of customer transactions to include returns and exchanges and order maintenance. You will also be the primary contact to assist with the tracking of orders and the resolution of any billing questions.
