A high-end residential and commercial woodworking shop is looking for an experienced wood/Furniture Finisher to provide professional high-quality finishes to custom cabinetry, architectural millwork, and furniture. Candidates must be professional, reliable, and efficient tradesmen who genuinely care about their workmanship.
COMPENSATION BASED ON EXPERIENCE
QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum of 5 years of advanced experience in all phases of wood finishing
- Highly knowledgeable and experienced with all wood coatings, stains, paints, and finishing techniques for all types of wood and veneers
- Ability to mix ingredients to obtain specified color or shade and/or match existing finishes on a regular basis
- Ability to organize workspace, maintain equipment, and meet deadlines
- Reading and speaking English is a MUST
- Clean driver's license and car
- Experience communicating with non-native English speakers and/or professional working proficiency in Spanish
