Job Title: Women’s Health - Inside Sales Specialist
Our Inside Sales Specialist West will play a crucial role in generating revenue for company’s Women’s Health by reaching out to leads coming in from their assigned territory, fostering strong relationships within existing accounts, and securing reorders on a subscription model within their accounts. The Inside Sales Representative will operate primarily though phone calls, emails and online presentations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation and Qualification:
· Research and Identify potential customers through various channels
· Generate and qualify leads to create a robust sales pipeline
2. Customer Outreach:
· Initiate contact with prospective clients through outbound calls, emails and virtual presentations
· Ensure that sample and literature requests are sent out in a timely manner and perform appropriate follow up
3. Product Knowledge:
· Complete assigned product training at an advanced level, developing a comprehensive understanding of the company’s product line, product features and benefits, and core selling messages.
4. Relationship Building:
· Build and maintain strong relationships with leads and existing customers
· Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
5. Sales Quota:
· Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets
· Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve overall company goals
6. Sales Reporting:
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions and deal status in Sales Force
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree (B.S./B. A.) from four-year college or university
- Related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience a plus
- Strong computer and internet skills; software experience with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Previous experience in Inside Sales or in a similar role supporting the field force
- Experience with Salesforce.com will be considered an additional asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Medical, or Healthcare background is helpful - but not required
