We take pride in the quality of our ingredients which are predominantly sourced from Japan. The vision for Namo was born in Tokyo and our menu is inspired by the simplicity of fresh ingredients and old-school recipes with a modern touch. We're looking for people who want to join our growing team as we open more concepts through Dallas. As Wine Director, you would be responsible for Namo, Bar Colette, and Mamani (Opening in 2024).
