We are seeking a charismatic and outgoing individual to join our team as a Wine Enthusiast and Sales Ambassador. Responsibilities:

1. Passionate Wine Presentation:

• Develop and maintain an in-depth knowledge of the wines offered, particularly those produced at our vineyard.
• Showcase enthusiasm and passion when presenting and discussing the unique qualities of each wine to customers.

2. Descriptive Selling:

• Utilize effective descriptive selling techniques to help customers make informed decisions about wine selections.
• Provide personalized recommendations based on customer preferences and menu offerings.

3. Customer Engagement:

• Create a welcoming and enjoyable experience for customers through friendly and engaging interactions.
• Build rapport with customers, encouraging a positive and memorable dining experience.

4. Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the latest trends in the wine industry and be knowledgeable about different varietals, regions, and winemaking processes.
• Continuously educate oneself on the unique aspects of our vineyard's wines.

5. Maintaining Cleanliness and Presentation:

• Ensure that the wine display area is well-maintained, organized, and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with the service and kitchen staff to enhance the overall dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Passion for wines and a genuine interest in the vineyard's offerings.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills.
• Sales or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Positive and outgoing personality with a customer-focused mindset.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
