Job description

Local Gutter & Window Cleaning company hiring window cleaning technician. We are looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience.

Job includes interior and exterior window cleaning.

Experience with interior ladder work and waterfed pole system necessary.

Skylight cleaning and solar panel cleaning are often part of jobs.

There will also be opportunities to learn additional skills and work in other areas of the company.

Applicants must be able to work comfortably and safely on ladders, on roof tops, and at height. All travel to jobs is paid and done in company trucks. Weekly payroll on Fridays.

You do not need your own truck for this position; we provide all equipment and use of company truck.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to carry, set up, and use up to 30'+ ladders
• Ability to safely climb/use ladders with a 225 pound weight capacity
• Ability to bend, crouch, and kneel in sometimes precarious positions
• Ability to carry 50lb+ as needed
• Ability to stand for long periods

Other Requirements:
Must have current driver's license and decent driving record

COMPANY PAY SCALE

0-1 year experience: $20/hr

1-5 years experience: $22-$25/hr

6-10 years experience $25-$35/hr

We do three performance reviews during your first year with the opportunity to increase pay by $1-$2/hr at each review. Thereafter, annual reviews offer the opportunity to receive further pay increases of 5-10% depending upon performance.

Employees often receive tips ranging from $200-$500/month!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $32.00 per year
