Experenced Window Cleaner/Pressure Washer

DUTIES:
- Clean windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors in commercial buildings
- Use appropriate cleaning solutions, tools, and equipment to achieve high-quality results
- Remove dirt, grime, smudges, and fingerprints from windows and glass surfaces
- Ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed efficiently and within the designated time frame
- Follow safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment

-Not scared of heights

-Must be able to lift 100 lbs

-This job includes being on ladders and roofs for roof washes and soft washing homes and buildings.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions
- Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy equipment if necessary
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
