Clean Craft, LLC seeking to hire customer service tech to provide window cleaning, Pressure washing services, Commercial high dusting, awning cleaning to commercial and residential customers. Need to be available weekdays and occasional weekends. Work day typically starts at 5 am and finish early afternoon , occasional night work. We service all metro Atlanta areas. Commercial and residential properties. Experience preferred or willing to train. Must pass drug screening & back ground check.
Job Description duties include, but not limited to the following
- Reliable Transportation needed and have a clean driving record. Experience driving pickup truck and pulling utility trailers.
- Be comfortable working on ladders / boom lifts when needed.
- Clean Craft provides commercial hot and cold water Pressure washing. Types of Pressure washing: flat surface cleaning, structure / building cleaning, interior hard surface cleaning.
- Window cleaning both commercial and residential properties
- Awning cleaning on fabric, vinyl, fabric awnings.
- Residential Pressure washing : driveways, sidewalks, decks, pool patios, houses.
- Commercial high dusting in restaurants & businesses.
- Steady work year round.
- Must be self motivated and eager to learn
- The position is labor intensive and must be in good physical condition.
- Will be expected to provide high quality work & complete all jobs given each week.
- Average annual salary for full time entry level tech $40,000 based on full time work. Pay is based on a percentage of each completed daily.
- Will require background check prior to employment & pass.
- Submit a MVR report with good driving record
- Maybe asked to take a drug test prior to hiring.
