Job Overview:
As the Administrative and Payroll Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of various Administrative And Payroll functions. Your responsibilities encompass providing comprehensive administrative support and assisting in payroll processing while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
A Few Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, ensuring they reach the appropriate personnel.
- Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars for executives and team members.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and board members as necessary.
- Organize company events, meetings, and other activities to support organizational objectives.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of payroll for employees.
- Verify timesheets, employee records, and relevant documents for accuracy.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the HR department to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Maintain confidentiality of payroll information and adhere to data protection regulations.
Qualifications:
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Associate degree from an accredited college in business administration or related field is desirable.
- Must have a minimum of 2 years experience in either payroll or administrative support functions.
- Must have a valid Operator Driver’s License.
