Primary Responsibilities of Wholesale Customer Service Representative
Field inbound calls from retail jewelers, providing exceptional service to our valued accounts.
Process orders accurately and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
Promptly respond to customer inquiries, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of our brand, products, and industry trends.
Collaborate effectively within a team environment to achieve common goals.
Assist with general Customer Service duties and office tasks as needed.
Knowledge and Skill Requirements:
Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize tasks to achieve results.
Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with customers via phone and email.
Previous experience in Customer Service, phone support, inside sales, or retail jewelry is advantageous.
Experience:
High School diploma or equivalent (required)
1 year experience in Customer Service, phones, inside sales, or retail jewelry.
Other relevant experience can be considered with adequate references.
