Wholesale Correspondent Mortgage Account Executive:

LBF is looking for an experienced Correspondent Mortgage Account Executive lending professional to join its growing Reverse Wholesale Channel. This individual is responsible for the introduction of reverse to traditional large forward mortgage lenders and mortgage servicers as well as the development and management of the ongoing relationships. The unique position of LBF within the market should also be leveraged to help establish strong, stable and lasting relationships.

Specific Job Functions:
- Leverage existing large lender and mortgage servicer relationships to set up introductory/exploratory meetings.
- Present the reverse mortgage product to large lenders and mortgage servicers and create initial interest in launching and or scaling production through existing marketing channels.
- Promote the reverse mortgage value proposition to forward lenders at conferences and mortgage events.
- Prospect new relationships through phone calls, emails and social networking to increase exposure to additional large lenders and mortgage servicers.
- Assist management in the development of marketing collateral and placement of that collateral on high visibility locations.
- Work closely with Wholesale AEs and sales manager to approve, set up and launch new partnerships Provide active and prospective partners with training and marketing tools.
- Update SalesForce CRM with partner contacts, updates and statuses.
- 4+ years of experience in selling to larger lender and servicer decision makers such as CEO, CFO, COO, capital markets team, etc.
- Have personal and professional relationships with larger traditional mortgage lender and mortgage servicer C level decision makers and capital markets personnel.
- Personal database of decision maker contacts within the forward full delegated industry
- B2B AE experience with the national distributions
- Preferred knowledge with forward pricing engines
