As a Wheelchair Agent, your primary responsibility is to assist officially disabled passengers as well as non-disabled passengers who require wheelchair assistance. You will transport passengers safely from gate to gate, curb to curb, or gate to curb, assist with baggage claim, and coordinate with gate agents to assist passengers with boarding the aircraft.
In addition to providing excellent customer service, you will comply with all TSA checkpoint screening requirements and processes, follow safety precautions, and complete thorough Incident Reports for any accidents or out-of-the-ordinary events while transporting passengers.
