We are looking for an experience Senior Wet Estimator with a strong work ethic and ability to work well in a team environment. Ideal candidates must have 5 years of experience. Candidate must be detail oriented and are expected to maintain a professional and positive attitude.
***Local Inland Empire/CA candidates will be in office Monday-Friday

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction industry
- Ability to read, understand and interpret contract documents, drawings, specifications, scopes of work, and project schedules.
- Requires critical thinking, analytical skills, and very strong math skills
- Proficiency with entire Microsoft Office(Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Must have experience using PlanSwift software
- Must have experience using B2W software
Responsibilities:
- Reviews and evaluates requests for estimates/quotes
- Prepares work to be estimated by gathering proposals, read blueprints and technical documents
- Identifies labor, material, equipment needed
- Ensure pricing is updated for accuracy
- Prepare estimates/quotes for presentation to clients
- Reviews estimates with estimating manager
- Meets proposal deadlines
- Inquire with clients regarding the status of submitted proposals and budgets
- Examine specifications, blueprints, proposals and construction documents to understand the project
- Partner with other estimators to turn project over to operations
Pay:
- $100K-$150K a year depending on experience
*Please note you will be asked to provide completed projects documentation to interview
