We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Spa Coordinator. As a Spa Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our spa and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent communication skills, sales ability, and strong attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome clients as they arrive at the spa
- Schedule appointments and manage the spa's booking system
- Provide information to clients about available services and packages
- Assist clients in selecting appropriate treatments based on their needs and preferences
- Process payments and handle cash register transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the spa reception area
- Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and provide exceptional customer service
- Promote retail products and upsell services to enhance the client experience
- Collaborate with spa staff to ensure smooth operation of daily activities
Requirements:
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong sales ability with a focus on achieving targets
- Exceptional time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Proficient in cash handling and operating a cash register
- Familiarity with technology sales, such as POS systems or online booking platforms
- Basic understanding of retail math for inventory management purposes
- Multilingual abilities, including fluency in Spanish and English, preferred but not required
Note: All positions must be paid, including internship positions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $19.85 - $23.91 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
