Stellar is looking to hire a Wellness Manager to oversee our employee fitness center and nutrition center. Your key objective will be to create interest and enthusiasm for wellness among our employees, and solicit and incorporate their feedback to improve the wellness programs and facilities.
Responsibilities: - In partnership with our Communications Manager, create and distribute wellness communications and marketing materials, such as newsletters, flyers, posters, and internal social media posts, to generate interest and enthusiasm for wellness among our employees
- Partner with our Benefits Manager to organize and participate in wellness events and activities, such as health fairs, wellness fairs, and wellness committees
- Solicit and incorporate feedback from our employees on the wellness programs and facilities, and make adjustments as needed to meet their needs and preferences
- Monitor and report on the usage, satisfaction, and outcomes of the wellness programs and facilities
- Prepare and manage the annual budget for the wellness department
- Work with our outside Nutrition Center food service vendors to make sure offerings are fresh, timely, and enjoyable
- Partner with our Gym management to ensure initiatives are aligned with our company culture
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in wellness, fitness, and nutrition, and incorporate them into the wellness programs and policies
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong knowledge of wellness, fitness, and nutrition principles and practices
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
