Responsibilities:

• Ensure sauna rooms are clean and prepared for the next appointment after each use.

• Manage towel shipments and maintain the cold towel process.

• Create towel bundles for guest accessibility.

• Greet and welcome clients with enthusiasm.

• Assist Sales Associates with various tasks, including sales and back-of-house duties.

• Respond to guest inquiries and provide studio tours to new visitors.

• Prior customer service experience is a plus!
