Job description

We are looking for a fun, energetic, welcoming individual to join our wellness team at our beautiful community center. Are you a people person? Does making someone's day by saying "hello" bring a smile to your face? Do you love helping people get involved with social and wellness activities? If you said yes to any of these questions, this is the job for you! We are a very active community with a lot of classes, programs, and even a cafe that serves Starbucks!

At its core, Hoosier Village, a BHI community, is an organization deeply committed to doing what is right for the people we serve. From the beginning in 1905, as an organization founded to care for orphaned children, to our 50-year history of providing an exceptional quality of life for seniors, our non-profit, faith-based foundation guides us in every decision we make.

The most important characteristic of our team members is that we love helping the aging population. Hoosier Village is a place where residents can peacefully enjoy retirement throughout various stages of health, and it is our job to assist. Our team treats residents like they are our own family members!

What We Offer!

  • Tuition Reimbursement Program and Student Loan Assistance Program ($500 per quarter, for up to 5 years)
  • Career tracks with a strong professional development program
  • On-site dining including a Starbucks and an on-site fitness center and salon
  • Free on-site routine and emergency medical care for staff and their families
  • Robust benefits including 401k with employer matching, medical, dental, and vision insurance, and employer-paid basic life insurance
  • PTO (paid time off) earned from day 1 of employment
  • 24/7 employer assistance programs (EAP) to help resolve problems that may occur (personal, financial, marital, legal)
