Welder Tig

SUMMARY: The Welder's primary responsibility is TIG and MIG welding of aluminum, steel, and stainless steel. MIG welding could also be a part of this job. Each job must be run with safety, accuracy and timeliness in the welding area.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Use and operate Bartimaeus By Design's TIG/ MIG welding machines to produce parts.
  
• Must be able to read and follow blueprints.
  
• Determine, from print, critical dimensions, materials needed for job.
  
• Fit assembly and weld as needed to avoid weld distortion.
  
• Use measuring instruments such as a scale, level, square to ensure part tolerance.
  
• Perform other job-related duties as needed.
  
• Regularly sustain physical capabilities throughout the day
  
  • Stand on concrete for extended periods of time.
    
  • Lift and move parts throughout the plant (up to 50 pounds).
    
• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  
• Communicate with co-workers, management and others in a courteous and professional manner.
  

Educational Experience-

• Must be willing to take and pass Bartimaeus by Design welding test
  
• Some coursework or years of experience required
  

Pay Details: $21.00 to $25.00 per hour
