Welder / Fabricator

Our Opportunity

Lovegreen places an intense focus on craftsmanship.  Our Welder / Fabricator plays a critical role in providing quality products to our customers.  Our job-shop environment allows our fabricators to use a wide variety of skills - from beginning stages of a job at the saw all the way through welding the finished assembly before paint or finishing.

What You'll Do

• Read and interpret blueprints to fabricate intermediate structural assemblies
• Use variety of shop equipment (saw, press brake, shear, etc)
• MIG & TIG welding on mild and stainless steel
• Follow established quality standards
• Follow all safety regulations and procedures
• Operate forklift and overhead cranes

Who You Are

• Associates degree or technical school and 3+ years relevant experience in welding fabrication
  
• Proficient at reading blueprints and shop drawings to determine proper operations and sequence of fabrication
• Welding Certification a plus (3G minimum)
  
• Self-starter and problem solver that likes to see a job through to completion
• Go above and beyond to get a job done
• Strive for quality in all you do

Shift

1st:  Monday - Friday  6:00am - 2:30pm.  Occasional overtime available/expected as workload demands.

Pay Range

$23.00 - $33.00 per hour

Physical Requirements

• Must be able to stand for long periods of time
• Must be able to frequently lift over 50 pounds
• Requires motion entailing bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, and stretching
• Work is performed within a production environment, subject to increased noise and dust levels and temperature changes related to weather
