Welder/ Fabricator

Position: Welder / Fabricator

Reynolds Manufacturing, Inc. is seeking candidates for 1st shift welder / fabricator positions. This is a full-time position with excellent benefits, including paid vacation, 80/20 paid health insurance, 100% of dental and vision, 401k with matching. Duties may include the set up and operation of various machines, welding equipment, hand tools, pneumatic tools which may heat, bend, form, press, stretch, shrink, straighten, machine, bond, or otherwise change the original shape of various metal products to engineered drawings, tools, or customer specifications. The ideal candidate must be able to weld (MIG & TIG), operate various sheet metal bending and cutting machines, including shears, cnc plasma cutters, waterjets, and press brakes, utilize precision and standard measuring tools, read engineered as well as non-dimensioned drawings, and read and comprehend customer specifications.

Requirements:

• Candidates must have a HS Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years prior manufacturing experience in a welding and/or fabrication role
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and dimensional sketches
• Strong math skills and mechanical abilities
• Regularly required to lift up to 35 lbs., occasionally lifting greater than 50 lbs.
• Must be able to work overtime when necessary
