The Overnight Resort Supervisor (ORS) This Person is a key figure in upholding hotel operations during night time hours. Duties include addressing guest needs, overseeing laundry and cleaning services, issuing parking passes for the following day's check-ins, printing registration cards, and preparing key cards for a seamless start to the next business day. The ORS is on hand to assist guests throughout evening and night shifts.

Responsibilities for Overnight Resort Supervisor:
- Ensure a consistently professional and service-oriented environment.
- Assume managerial duties in the absence of the Front Desk Supervisor and Director of Hotel Operations, handling complaints, resolving issues, and managing special requests and disturbances.
- Supervise the night shift, ensuring all staff complete assigned tasks and coordinate Front Desk activities with Housekeeping (e.g., Stayovers, Late check-outs).
- Keep Front Desk staff informed of nightly schedules, group and VIP arrivals, special requests, and returning guests.
- Answer any questions guests have
- Answer the phone and direct them to the correct place
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Check guests into and out of the hotel
- Take care of any needs the guest has
- Create a memorable experience for the guests
- Greet every guest with a warm smile
- Maintaining a clean work environment including the front desk and lobby
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge of safety and security procedures
- Ability to perform computer-based tasks such as data entry, accounting, word processing, invoicing and billing
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Time management and multitasking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to solve problems and diffuse tense situations
- Experience using booking software is preferred
- At least 18 years or older
