Responsibilities:
- Perform various tasks as assigned by the supervisor
- Assist with general office duties such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls
- Provide excellent customer service to clients and visitors
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office space
- Assist with special projects and events as needed
Experience:
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
