We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests and provide exceptional customer service. This position requires excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a warm and friendly manner
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
- Assist guests with reservations, changes, and cancellations
- Maintain accurate guest records and update information as needed
- Process payments and maintain cash drawer accuracy
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations calmly and professionally
- Proficient in using office management software and phone systems
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information and transactions
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
