Weekday Team Member (College Student)

Job Summary:

We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Team Members. As a Team Member, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Prepare and serve food items according to established recipes and quality standards
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions with accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining area
- Follow food safety protocols to ensure the health and safety of customers
- Collaborate with Team Members to ensure smooth workflow and exceptional customer service
- Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience in sales or food service is preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cash handling and order calculations
- Knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques is a plus
- Familiarity with POS systems, such as Aloha POS, is advantageous
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work well within a team
