Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute weddings and related events from start to finish
- Meet with clients to understand their vision, preferences, and budget
- Research and recommend venues, vendors, and service providers
- Create detailed event timelines and manage all logistical aspects
- Assist with event marketing and promotion to attract potential clients
- Coordinate guest services such as accommodations, transportation, and special requests
- Oversee the setup, execution, and breakdown of events
- Ensure all aspects of the event run smoothly and according to plan
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during events
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, event planning, or related field
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of restaurant, banquet, or catering operations
- Ability to market events and attract clients
- Proficient in budgeting and financial management
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction
