SalaryWe are seeking a candidate to join our team! We are a high-end men’s clothing store looking for someone with an outgoing personality, excellent customer service skills and some experience in retail selling. Associate should have a willingness to complete a wide range of tasks from the routine (booking weddings, proms, daily customer interactions)to high end retail sales and be willing to work Saturdays.
Ideal candidate would have the ability and willingness to work a flexible schedule.
Candidate must be very reliable, have a strong work ethic, and be a fast learner.
Our Company: We are a full service store that has been in business for over 25 years. We offer high quality suits and tuxedos for every occasion, weddings, proms, and career apparel. We provide the personalized service our customers deserve, but may find lacking in most larger retail stores. Our expert Wedding Consultants assist in a range of tasks all while providing a professional experience to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with customers during consultations
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints
- Provide information about the products and services
- Troubleshoot and resolve product issues and concerns
- Document and update customer records based on interactions
- Develop and maintain a knowledge base of the evolving products and services
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.50 - $19.00 per hour
