Web/Social Media Designer

Join our team as a full-time, in-person Web and Social Media Designer. Vision Design Group seeks a candidate with exceptional customer communication skills and the ability to collaborate closely with colleagues in an agency environment. Responsibilities include creating captivating digital content for websites and social media platforms and collaborating effectively with team members to meet project goals. Responsibilities:

• Designing visually appealing graphics, images, videos, and other multimedia content
• Collaborating with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies effectively through visually engaging content
• Keeping up-to-date with advancements in design tools, techniques, and platforms to enhance skills and effectiveness in the role
• Maintain existing customer's websites and perform modifications, and changes when necessary
• Complete projects in a timely manner and be efficient either under supervision, or working independently

Qualifications:

• 2 years of experience developing digital campaigns utilizing the latest best practices
• Excellent conceptual, brainstorming, and presentation skills
• Proficiency in Adobe or related creative tools
• Education in design, marketing, advertising, or equivalent experience

These Related Skills are a plus:

• Knowledge of WordPress and social media platforms
• Experience with the design and layout of email marketing templates and campaigns.
• Writing, copywriting, and editing skills, with emphasis on writing for websites and digital marketing

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $44,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
