What you’ll do:
- Understand client needs and develop content that aligns with the overall campaign strategies and goals
- Develop and execute Social Media content for Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and TikTok
- Monitor the most impactful trends on social platforms (with a specific emphasis on TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Instagram) and conceive of new ways to use these trends to tell the stories for our clients
- Participate in photo and video shoots to develop assets to use when executing content calendars and social campaigns
- Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice, and terminology
- Collaborate with Social Managers to develop content for Social Media ads that align with best practices and achieve ad goals
- Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to meet the ever-changing needs of the Social Media landscape and agency
Traits for success:
- You have excellent visual design craft, with stylistic breadth, attention to detail, and an obsession for pixel perfection. You’ve designed game-changing work that showcases a strong foundation of type, space, form, color, and visual hierarchy
- You’re a creative storyteller with a strong pulse on emerging creative trends across social platforms
- Your portfolio showcases clear examples of direct response marketing, ideally including strong paid social ad design and iterative testing examples
- You are a true team player and collaborator
Experience:
- 4+ years of experience in Social Media marketing, with a creative background
- Proven experience as a graphic designer with a portfolio showcasing a variety of video and/or design projects
- Solid understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and composition
- Ability to think creatively and strategically to translate concepts into visually appealing creative
- Proficient user in multimedia tools and software for content creation including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Adobe Premiere, After Effects, Illustrator, Canva, and CapCut
- Understanding and proficiency in using the following platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, X and Snapchat
- Ability to work independently, yet experience working as a team member with the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with a variety of individuals
- Excellent communication and writing skills
