Web Team Member

Brella Productions ( www.brella.com ) is seeking a skilled Web Team member to work full time at our client’s pharma location in the northern suburbs (between Vernon Hills and Gurnee). This position partners supports our client’s brand teams to support Web strategies, determine UX design requirements and manage the day-to-day maintenance of the main website for client. The Web Team member will work across many areas of the organization to support web strategies, plans, and results for both internal and external content. Working with the client’s web agencies of record, the candidate will assist in developing and executing strategic web plans.

Job Responsibilities:

• General
  • Client Website day-to-day maintenance
  • Programming and layout of new stories
• Affiliate content migration
  • Author Support (create/build/modify pages)
  • Graphic Design (Image Cropping, Photoshop, etc.)
• Strategic initiative support
  • Wireframe/Design
  • UX Research
  • Expansion of Design System

Skills/Qualifications:

· Strong web design portfolio

· Strong understanding of UX concepts / responsive designs

· Experience with CMS platforms

· Mastery of Figma / Wireframe creation

· Adobe Creative Suite

· HTML knowledge

· Bachelor’s degree Arts, Business or Marketing with 5-8 years of work experience in several aspects of media (digital, offline, programmatic, etc.).

· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail and adherence to departmental process

· Extremely organized and proactive with the ability to collaborate in a fast-paced team environment

· Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence to ensure deliverables and deadlines are met

· Able to drive to or commute via Metra to the client site in Lake County, IL

· This is a fulltime, on-site position.
