Salary Range: $52,250 - $96,000 (Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law)

Summary:Work closely with the development team to implement visual elements and user interactions for websites and web applications. You will be responsible for translating design mockups and wireframes into responsive and dynamic web pages. This role requires a good understanding of front-end technologies, coding languages, and a passion for creating visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces. Manage content and assets within the eCommerce platform (Magento) including product images/videos, digital copy, SEO content, etc.

Essential Functions (include but not limited to):

• Assist in basic HTML, JavaScript, and CSS edits through Magento CMS including but not limited to banners, landing pages, product pages, category pages, and blogs.
• Experience with MAGENTO is a must.
• Collaborate with the UX/UI designer to translate visual and interaction design concepts into code.
• Assist eCommerce Manager in code reviews and contribute to the overall improvement of the development process.
• Debug and troubleshoot issues related to front-end development.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in web development.
• Execute tasks related to eCommerce to support other departments such as coupon code generation, product copy updates, catalog management, etc.
• Create and manage tasks in project management platform, Jira, to initiate wire-frame mock-up for products and other eCommerce initiatives.
• Direct point of contact for any content issues; support multi-site experience, including both BEDGEAR, and BEDGEAR AUS, and their respective locales.
• Administrative duties related to essential functions of the job.
• Assist with other duties and projects as requested by management.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• HS Diploma or GED
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and have IDs needed to verify.
• English proficient (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension)
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook proficiency

Sensory Requirements: Should have working use of hearing and vision with or without the use of corrective lenses/hearing aids to be able to read paperwork, work on a computer screen for an extended period of time, and frequently speak on the phone.

Education/Experience/License Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or marketing (or related field) preferred
• 2+ years' experience working with an eCommerce platform (Magento CMS preferred), including product uploads, CMS updates, coupon generation, catalog operations and basic HTML & CSS edits.
• Familiarity with project management tools, Jira preferred, for task organization and tracking.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt to evolving technology and processes in the eCommerce space.
• Experience working with all internal stakeholders, seniority levels and departments.

Language Skills: English proficiency required (reading, writing, speaking, comprehension). Knowledge of an additional language(s) is a plus!

Mathematical Skills: Basic arithmetic and algebra

Reasoning Ability: Ability to effectively prioritize, ability to adapt to quick changes, strong attention to detail and high accuracy. Must be able to make rational and logical decisions.
